Representative Experience
Prepares contracts and other front end documents for owners and contractors on various projects ranging from small purchase order projects to large hospital construction projects
Defended an owner in a sitework dispute after contractor brought a claim for additional compensation
Assisted with the representation of an owner in a matter where a contractor was terminated for failing to properly install a sanitary sewer line
Assists in various litigation and dispute resolution matters, including claim evaluation, issue evaluation and legal research, and preparation for litigation
Served as general counsel for an Ohio corporation with over $25 million in annual revenue; responsibilities involved employment law, PUCO, EPA, OSHA, contracts and lease agreements, and more
