Sam Wampler is a partner in the Bricker & Eckler LLP construction law group. His construction law practice includes negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation related to commercial, industrial and institutional construction projects, including libraries,
schools, hospitals and public works; preparing construction contracts and related documents;
resolution of surety bond claims; counseling on competitive bidding issues; and other
issues related to public and private construction projects. Sam also serves as an
arbitrator and mediator in complex construction disputes.

Represented public owner in $1,000,000+ claim against contractor and its surety
Assisted public owner in mediation of a $500,000+ claim by contractor for additional work
Assisted public owner in negotiating takeover agreement with surety for contractor terminated for non-performance of an $800,000+ contract
Assisted in negotiation on behalf of design professional firm for professional services contract in excess of $10,000,000
Assisted contractor in collection of an $800,000+ past due account
Represented public owner in negotiating resolution of multi-jurisdictional dispute over $2,000,000 assessment for public improvements
Represented contractor in litigation and mediation of $500,000+ claim
Represented contractor in resolution of $3,000,000+ claim in $150,000,000 construction project
